Notes: Grandma, Mary Sparber Barbish, for forms used traditionally clothes pins wrapped in aluminum foil. Since then I have been able to locate aluminum forms online. Just search clothespin cookie forms. (They come from Pittsburgh of course!) The aluminum forms are great and the shells release beautifully.
This is a traditional Barbish family cookie
