1 pkg. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
½ pint heavy whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. seedless grapes, chopped
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries. Add sugar to cranberries and mix well. Place mixture in colander. Place colander over a bowl. Cover colander and leave overnight on counter. Next morning, the bowl will have juice and sugar. Discard that juice. Put cranberries in a clean bowl and add chopped grapes, drained can of crushed pineapple and nuts; mix. Whip heavy whipping cream until peaks form. Fold cream into cranberry mixture. Chill.
