½ c. Butter & ½ c. Shortening
¾ c. – 1 c. Sugar
1 Egg or 2 egg yolk and 1 T. Cream
2 ¼ C. Sifted Flour
½ t. Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
1 t. Almond Extract

Directions:
Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually. Add egg, unbeaten, sifted dry ingredients and extract. Mix well. Fill cookie press. Form onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350-375°.
