2 packages raspberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 10 oz packages raspberries frozen in syrup (or buy frozen raspberries in bag, put a cup of sugar over them until they produce syrup, and refreeze)

Topping:
1 cup whipping cream (heavy cream)
Half a brick of cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp sugar
1.5 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in the frozen raspberries. Pour into glass 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until set.

Mix whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and room temp cream cheese on low until no lumps, then beat on high until stiff, fold in marshmallows . Spread over cold Jelloq
