2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1, 2-oz package of Nestle's Peanut Butter Morsels (roughly 2 cups)

Preheat the oven to 375º F.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt (the dry mixture), and set aside. Combine the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a stand mixer or with an electric hand mixer, and beat together on moderate speed until creamy (about 3 to 5 minutes). Add the egg, and beat well.

Turn mixer on slow speed, gradually adding the dry mixture (with flour) until it is fully combined. Remove the dough from the stand mixer or electric hand mixer, and gently stir in the Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels with a spatula.

Place a teaspoon-full of the cookie dough onto a lightly-greased cookie sheet per "ball" of cookie dough, placing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool on a cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then serve or store.
