¾ cup canola or vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
PAM spray a 10-inch Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 325°

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and ½ cup of the pecans. Set aside.

Combine cake mix, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and sour cream. Beat with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in ½ cup pecans. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the batter. Pour over the remaining batter.

Bake at 325° for 50 – 60 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan for 30 minutes before turning out on plate.

* The recipe calls for 18½ ounces of cake mix, however, nowadays, cake mixes come in a variety of sizes, however, none of them are 18½. Most are less; therefore, you will need to buy 2 boxes and measure out the 2⅓ cups.
