2 1/2 c. shortening
4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1c. molasses (Sorghum, not black strap)
8 c. flour
8 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 t. cloves
4 t. cinnamon
4 t. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Form dough into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350º. Remove from oven a little before they are done. (Just when they start to crack) Leave on cookie sheet for a little.
