2 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
Continue beating until very stiff.
Fold in pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 300 for 15 - 20 minutes or until firm.
Cookies should remain light in color.
