8 0z hand grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 sticks of salted butter at room temperature
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups all purpose white Lily flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Use a mixer to blend all ingredients. Make two logs and Refrigerate for two hours. Roll in aluminum foil before refrigerating. After it’s chilled take out and slice like cookies. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven on parchment paper for 20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes because this can vary based on the thickness of how you cut them.
