1/2 cup shortening
Bag of Hershey Kisses
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tb milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat shortening and peanut butter until blended.
Add sugar and brown sugar and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg. milk and vanilla
and beat well.
In separate bowl. sift flour, baking soda and salt and add to mixture.

Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into sugar. place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 10 minutes till lightly browned.
Remove from oven and place hershey kiss on cookie while warm
remove cookie to cooling place
