2 c. Milk
⅓ c. Flour
⅔ c. sugar
Pinch of salt

2 Eggs
2 Tbs. Butter
1˝ c. Vanilla

(For Chocolate add ⅛ c. Cocoa powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the first four ingredients to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for two minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Mix eggs in a blender, and have blender going on low speed. Add ˝ c. Of hot mixture to the eggs in the blender. Repeat this several times.
Dump mixture in blender into the hot mixture slowly. Return to heat and boil one more minute.
Add butter and vanilla (and cocoa powder if you are making chocolate). Stir to make sure butter melts into mixture.
Cool, stirring several times as it cools.
Serve as a pie or a dish of pudding.

Make pies or pudding cups from this recipe. It makes a great dessert. You can top it with anything you desire.
