1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Day Old Bread or 8 Ounces Breadcrumbs
1 Large Onion Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ground beef in a skillet, cook and stir the meat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Add the chopped onion so that it can cook in the grease. Once the onion has turned translucent, you can drain grease.

Soak the day old bread in water. Squeeze the water out of the bread and add the bread into the skillet. If you choose to use breadcrumbs instead, add them to the skillet at this time. Mix the chopped garlic, parmesan cheese and salt/pepper. Keep mixing until thoroughly combined.

If you would like a crust on the stuffing, you can put it into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees.
