1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
¼ c. sugar (or splenda)
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, pour into a greased 8x8 pan. bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.

for a double batch, pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350º on convection setting for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
