1 c Butter, softened
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1½ c Sugar
½ c Dark Brown Sugar, packed
2½ c Flour, sifted
1 t Baking Soda
1 c Dried Apricots, finely chopped
1 c White Chocolate Chips
1 c Pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Add the sugars and beat until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Slowly stir in flour and baking soda by hand. Fold in the apricots, white chocolate and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 325º for 12-15 minutes, until slightly golden brown. Let cool for 3 minutes before removing onto cooling rack. Makes 5-6 dozen.
