3 egg whites, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 oz. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
You will need a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment. Preheat oven to 300º degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Continue beating and gradually add sugar. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool on parchment.
