1 lb butter
4 cups pecan
5 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 TBL baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 TBL vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla with mixer. Mix other ingredients with butter mixture. Mixture will be stiff - you may need to use the dough hook or mix by hand. Form dough into rolls. Chill 12 hours. Take out and slice. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Dough rolls can be wrapped in parchment/foil, frozen, and baked as desired.

This is a favorite cookie from Ken’s childhood. He remembers getting the dough out of the freezer to bake (or just eat raw!).
