¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup softened butter
1 egg
3 cups of rolled oats
1 cup flour
½ cup of raisins
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until smooth, then beat in apple sauce. Beat eggs in one egg at a time (mixture will look curdled). Stir in oats, flour, salt, raisins, baking powder and baking soda and cinnamon. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375º for 12-15 minutes.
