4 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp salt
5 eggs-beat until fluffy
2 cups sugar
1 cup brewed coffee
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 shot of whiskey
Directions:

Mix the sugar and eggs
Add honey, coffee, oil and whiskey
Add in dry ingredients and mix
Grease pan and flour it
Bake at 350º for 1 hour
