5 C. Quick Oats
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 C. Packed Coconut Flakes
4 Sticks Butter, room tempature
2 C. Light Brown Sugar, packed
1 C. Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Almond Extract
1 Bag Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Vanilla Chips
2 C. or (4 - 2.5oz. bags) Slivered Almonds

Icing
3 C. Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. Coconut Extract
Milk
Toasted Flaked Coconut, about 1 bag

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix Oats, Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Coconut. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream Butter and both Sugars. Set aside.

In a small bowl, beat Eggs, than mix in Almond Extract.

Add Egg mixture to Butter mixture, mix well.

Mix in Flour, one cup at a time.

Add in Chips and Nuts, mix well.

Scoop with a small meatball scoop, place on cookie sheet and bake for about 17 to 18 minutes. (Leave some room between cookies, they spread) Let cool for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack.

While cookies are cooling, make drizzle.

Mix Powdered Sugar, Coconut Extract and t Tbsp. of milk (to start), add additional Milk one tsp. at a time until desired consistency.

When cool, top with drizzle and add some toasted coconut before it drizzle dries.

Let completely dry.

Put aluminum foil under the cooling rack before adding drizzle to catch all spills.
