¾ cup of butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of mashed banana
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
Add mashed banana when well mixed
Mix together in a separate bowl the flour, baking powder and salt
Slowly add the dry ingrdients to the wet ingredients

Drop by small spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º
