1 lb. dried yellow eyed beans
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Rinse and put in large pot. Cover with water and parboil until when you blow on the beans the skins curl off. Drain.

Put beans in crockpot - add sugar, molasses, salt and mustard. Cover with water.

Cook on high 8 hours.
