Ingredients: 1 cup Pistachios, chopped fine print 1 cup Butter, soften 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for coating) 1 tsp Vanilla 2 cups Flour**use almond Flour for gluten free** 1 cup Pistachios, chopped fine 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions: Set your oven to 350 *. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combine Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chopped pistachios, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the dough. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with oil. Bake 12-14 minutes - 350 *. Cool on cookie sheet for a minute. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely before stacking in rows. Serve and ENJOY! Store in cookie jar or other sealed container. For long term storage freeze in sealed container indefinitely.
