1 C butter, softened
1 C powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
4 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 C oil
2 Eggs
1 package (3.4 ounce) instant lemon pudding
1 t cream tartar
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, cream butter, oil and sugar, beat in eggs, vanilla and dry pudding mix. Combine flour, cream of tartar and baking soda, gradually add to creamed mix. Drop by tablespoons 2 inch apart on ungreased sheet, flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown, cool on wire rack.
