2 C canned pumpkin
1 C low fat milk
2 t all spice
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
4 C flour
2 t baking soda
2 t vanilla
1 C applesauce
2 T cinnamon
1 t cloves
dash salt
2 C raisins
1/2 C walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix pumpkin, applesauce, milk, spices, vanilla, sugar, egg white and salt. Sift flour, baking soda together, add to liquid mix, add raisins, nuts and mix gently until incorporated. Drop by heaping teaspoon, onto lightly greased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees fo 10 minutes or until springs back to touch. Cool on wire rack.
