2 ¼ c all purpose flour
1 ½ c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ c oil
⅔ c milk, divided
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round pans. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add oil, ⅓ c milk, and vanilla. Beat vigorously for 2 min. Add another ⅓ c milk and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Finish with your favorite fudge frosting. From Betty Crocker's
