Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (oreos) 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup white chocolate chips 2 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal (or any other chocolate cereal) 1 cup milk chocolate chips chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:Melt the butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Crush cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, or blitz in a blender or food processor. Add crumbs into the melted butter and stir until well combined. Press into the bottom of a well greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the cookie butter mixture. Arrange the miniature marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk. Spread measured chocolate cereal evenly over the white chocolate chips. Press down gently to slightly smush together layers. Sprinkle milk chocolate chips over the top and then the chopped pecans. Press down again gently. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature and cut into bars. This is particularly important if you are going to chill these as they set up super firm if chilled and are difficult to cut. |
