2 cups flour sifted
1 cup butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, then measure, add butter into a bowl by cutting it in using a pastry cutter, a fork or your fingertips. Add beaten, egg, yolk and sour cream, mix well. Once blended shape into six or four balls and sprinkle with flour. Wrap in wax paper and chill in the fridge several hours. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle board lightly with flour. Remove dough from the fridge and roll out into a circle and sprinkle with sugar and nut mixture. Cut into 12 wedges.Roll each wedge starting at the wide part, place rolls on cookie shees lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F for 25 - 30 minutes.
