2 C sugar
1/2 c veg. oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, chocolate, vanilla. Add eggs one a time beating after each time. Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Gradually add to chocolate mixture. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. With 1 c of dough at time 1" balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place 2" apart in baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
