Potatoes : Plant on Good Friday - cut potatoes so each has 2 eyes.
Work up sol and plant potatoes on top of ground.
Cover with 8 inches of leaves or Straw.

Tomatoes - add 1 tsp of Epsom salts in bottom of hole before placing tomato plant in the hole. this will enhance the taste and size.
