1 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Butter or Margarine
1 cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 cup Quick-cooking Oats
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press each with a fork. Bake 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
