1 C butter, softened
1 1/2 C sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 3/4 C flour
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar
Add egg, vanilla extract and almond extract
Mix well
Add flour and salt gradually until well blended
Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes
Spray cavities, fill2/3 full bake until lightly browned
Cool I pan 5 minutes

Can make any flavor by substitute almond extract
Lemon,orange….
