1# powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3 egg whites
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
1) combine all the ingredients and mix on med speed until smooth
2) increase speed to high speed and beat for 5 minutes
3) divide into smaller containers to add food coloring
4) frost cookies and allow the icing to become hard before moving cookies
