12 oz wide egg noodle cooked
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of cottage cheese
2 cups of sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles according to the package. Beat the eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix the cheese mixture with the noodles. Place into one 9x13 pan or 2 round pans. Bake at 375º till golden.

This is our grandma's cheese kugel. She used to make it every time we came to visit. When we eat it we remember how much she loved us!
