1/2 cup butter
5 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbsp instant coffee
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups and 3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, chocolate, and coffee. Cool.
Combine eggs, salt, sugars. Add chocolate.
Add flour. Mix, cover and refrigerate.
Roll into 3/4" balls
Roll in Powdered sugar
Bake 350º on greased cookie sheets for 12 minutes.
