3 Cups Flour (Include, If Possible, 1 Cup Stoned Wheat Flour
3 Cups Oatmeal
3 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Tsps. Baking Powder
2 Tsps. Baking Soda
2 Cups Oil
4 Eggs, Beaten
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Coconut (Optional)
1 Cup Nuts (Optional)
1 Cup Chocolate or Butterscotch Chips (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquids with sugar.

Add dry ingredients.

Drop on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375ºF.
