1 egg
1 TBSP lemon extract
2 TBSP lemon zest
1 TBSP honey
2 CUPS flour
2 TSP corn starch
1 TSP baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, egg, extract, and then beat until smooth and fluffy.
add lemon zest, honey, and any coloring.
add flour, corn starch, salt, amd baking soda.
and lemon juice directly on top of making soda.
roll out dough and flatten.
refrigerate dough for 3 hours.
remove from fridge and cut out shapes
add to baking pan and bake at 350ºf until edges are golden and beginning to crispen.
