Beef bone from standing rib roast
Small yellow onion
5-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Half n half
Beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, add beef bone and onion and a teaspoon of salt. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer and cook for 1-2 hours until beef is tender. Remove bones and pick off any meat and return to pot. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Drain off and reserve most of the water. Mash potatoes leaving a few small chunks. Add back some of the reserved cooking water to make desired consistency. Add some half and half to make creamy and heat through.
