Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a bowl, add warm water gradually, enough to make a soft dough. Place the mixture in a warm oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover your working area with a large towel sprinkled with flour. Carefully stretch the prepared dough with your fingertips, over the floured towel. Spread the prepared filling over the entire dough, dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Taking the edge of your towel, roll up the dough like a jelly roll and place in prepared pan. Bake in 350ºF oven for 45 minutes. Then cover with the mixture and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
