Ingredients:
1 jar Kosher dill pickles.
1½ cups sugar
¼ cup vinegar (seasoned rice is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickles and rinse. Slice pickles thinly for a better crunch. Place cut pickles back in jar and rinse again. Add sugar and vinegar and shake vigorously. Leave on counter for 24 hrs and shack periodically. Put in fridge for at least 1 week prior to serving.

You can modify with more sugar and vinegar. The rice vinegar is sweet and it provides additional taste but you can use white vinegar as well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are the best pickles and our family favorite! They are great in egg salad, tuna and old fashioned bean salad too! They are a must at every event!
