28 caramels
3 T. butter
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. chow mein (might need to add more noodles)
1 c. peanuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt caramels and butter with 2 T. water over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
2. Pour caramel mixture over combined noodles and peanuts, toss until well coated.
3. Drop rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.
4. Melt chocolate chips with 2 T. water over low heat, stirring until smooth.
5. Top cookies with chocolate and push one marshmallow into melted chocolate.
6. Chill until firm and store in refrigerator.
