1/2 c.Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Margarine
1 c. Pumpkin, cooked or 1 c. canned Pumpkin
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Glaze:
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
3 T. Margarine
1/4 c. Milk
2 c. Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, mix the sugars, butter, vanilla and egg. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Blend well, then stir in the chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.

Glaze:
In a saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Heat until thickened. Cool 10 and add the milk. Beat well, then add the powdered sugar a little at a time, until smooth. Let the glaze sit 5 minutes to thicken. Spread on top of cooled cookies.
