1cup butter, softened
1cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/4 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups toffee bits

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour.
2. Cream butter and both sugars together until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla then beat until smooth.
3. Add dry ingredients being careful not to over mix then add oats and toffee bits.
4. Chill for at least 1 hour.
5. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Watch closely not to over bake.
