1 stick margarine, softened
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 C. Bisquick
1 C. potato flakes (instant)
Flavoring (any)
Nuts chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs. Add Bisquick, flavoring, add potato flakes. Mix well and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Press with fork dripped in water, shake off excess water. Cool on wax paper. Bake until brown around edges. Remove from sheet at once. Do not place close together.
