282g - 2¼ c flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
185g - ¾ c (1½ sticks) unsalted butter
110g - ½ c brown sugar
83g - ½ c sugar
75g - ⅓ c pumpkin puree
8.4g - 2 tsp vanilla
100g - ⅓ c discard
220g - 1¼ c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt 1 stick of butter in pan on medium heat and cook till the butter turns brown (6-8 min).
2. Remove from heat and add the rest of the butter till it's melted through. Allow to cool
3. Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl W/O SUGARS.
4. Add sugars to mixing bowl with butter and mix
5. Add vanilla, puree, and discard to the bowl and mix.
6. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet and mix.
7. Add chocolate chips and mix.
8. Refrigerate for 30 min to overnight
9. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12-14 min. Let cool for 5 min and then move to cooling rack.
