2 sticks of butter (½ lb.)
1½ c. brown sugar, packed
½ c. white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ c. flour
2 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1½ c. oats (either quick or regular)
1 c. chocolate coated candies, such as M&M's
¾ c. chocolate chips
¼ - ½ c. pecans, chopped
2¼ c. rice cereal, such as Rice Krispies

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Cream the butter with both sugars in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla and beat.

Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add to the mixing bowl and mix until combined. After that, add in the oats, chocolate candies, chocolate chips and pecans. Add the cereal at the very end, mixing until just combined. Do not over mix.

Place heaping cookie scoops onto baking sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes.
