1 lemon cake mix
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
12 oz lemon frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cake mix, butter, shortening, and egg, and drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375º 9 - 12 minutes.
Cool for 1 minute in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and frost when cooled completely.
