2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Cinnamon
¾ cup Butter, softened
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 lg. Ripe Banana, mashed
1 cup Oats, old-fashioned
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon together. In separate bowl beat butter, sugar and brown sugar for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla until combined. Add mashed bananas and slowly add in dry ingredients. Don't over mix. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop out golf-ball sized dough and bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Careful to not over bake!
