1˝ Bags Frozen Flat Dumplings
16oz Cooked Chicken Breast*
1 32oz plus 1 14oz can Chicken Broth
1 Chicken Boullion Cube
1/2 C Heavy Cream - Optional
1 10oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
˝ C Diced Onions
˝ C Diced Celery
˝ C Frozen Peas, Optional
˝ C Frozen Carrots, Optional
Salt
Pepper
Parsley, Optional

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery until just soft. Cook chicken breast in onion pan until done. While chicken is cooking add chicken broth, bouillon cube, pepper, parsley, onion and celery on to boil. Add chicken breast when done. When pot comes to a boil add dumplings. Make sure to stir and separate dumplings as they are cooking so they cook through. Simmer for 25 minutes. Check for doneness. Add peas and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes then add can of soup and lightly salt. Add 5-minute increments of cook time as needed to desired doneness.

*Can use white meat from a rotisserie chicken or canned chicken. Heat slightly before adding to pot.
