3-4# Pork Shoulder
Head of Cabbage or Banana Leaves
Fresh Garlic
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Liquid Smoke
Water

Directions:
Prepare large crockpot. Turn on low. Cut cabbage leaves in whole off of head. Rinse leaves. Add 1 C water and then add a bottom layer of cabbage leaves to crock pot. Cut the layer of fat off bottom. Wash pork shoulder. Stab openings all over pork with a sharp knife. In openings insert slices of fresh garlic. Shake liquid smoke all over pork and rub in. Sprinkle garlic salt all over pork. Add pork to crockpot on top of cabbage leaves. Add 6-8 shakes of liquid smoke into water and 4-6 shakes over top of pork. Cover entire pork with cabbage leaves tightly. Add 4 shakes of liquid smoke. Pour 1 C water over cabbage then add 4 shakes liquid smoke to top of cabbage. Cover with lid and cook on Low for 8-10 hours checking at 8 hours or High for 4-6 hours checking at 4 hours.

Cook on high for 4-6 Hours
Check for doneness by using a fork and shredding. If it doesn't shred very easily use judgement and cook longer in 15 minutes increments.
