1-2 TBS Bacon Grease
2 Bell Peppers
1 Medium Onion
½ TBS Worcestershire Powder
½ TBS Italian Seasoning
½ TBS Complete Seasoning
1 LB Ground Beef
1 LB Pork Sausage
4 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (drained)
1-1 ½ Cup Cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper TT

1. Preheat the oven to 350º- 375º
2. Prepare 2 Cups of uncooked rice and set aside.
3. Sauté onions and Bell Peppers in bacon Grease until the onions are soft and translucent.
4. Add Dry seasonings to the onion/pepper mix and reduce heat to low. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes then remove from heat.
5. Brown the sausage and ground beef and drain off excess grease. Combine the onion/pepper mix with the meat and rice then mix well.
6. Place in a greased casserole dish and cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and crispy to your liking.
